The historic Danse Macabre is a stylized procession of ghastly figures, representatives from all walks of life, dancing to the grave — frivolous and terrifying — reminding us that time is flying… Reminding us to dance and sing!

Vestiges of this tradition linger on in Halloween, and at NACL this year we're melding the spirit of the medieval Danse Macabre with a modern dose of self-expression, a lust for life bursting through a grim parade of days. We welcome: the “ominous bird of yore,” RAVEN, featuring the aerial dance force that is Hilary Chapman and Corinna Grunn — DJ Jason Tougaw, spinning a wicked web on a wall of sound — the saltimbanques of NACL, Brett Keyser & Lyndsey Anderson, conjuring spiders from Mars — and, of course, YOU!

DOORS OPEN AT 7:00 pm

Kai Brasseale and his Bibimbus will be onsite serving Korean-inspired street food, so come early and be gluttonous in the Garden of Earthly Delights. Then enter the chapel and meet what fate awaits you…
